Maggie's Glasgow Centre
Maggie’s is a charity offering free practical, emotional and social support for people with cancer and their family and friends through support Centres built on the grounds of NHS hospitals.
Built in 2011, Maggie's Glasgow Centre is nestled among the woodland in the grounds of Gartnavel General Hospital. It is formed as a ring around a landscaped internal courtyard, with rooms that flow into one another while still remaining separate – perfect for the delivery of our cancer support.
Whatever kind of cancer, and whatever stage you’re at – we're here for you.
Our centre in Glasgow is a space for being together or for a moment alone, for getting going again or for meeting people who just get it.
A wide range of support is available and all our cancer support specialists have expert knowledge about cancer and treatment, and many are NHS-trained.
